The clients with whom I partner have reached a point where they realize their life path isn't satisfying, but they aren't sure what to do about it. This realization often starts with:
- A significant life event, such as: Loss of a loved one or job, a relationship ending, or nearing retirement. Moving to a new town or country. Or, a new job or relationship has recently started or progressed to the next stage - a promotion, increased responsibilities, getting engaged/married, starting a family, empty nesters.
- Your inner voice whispering the need for change. Feeling unsatisfied, wanting something different. Feeling like you're on someone else's path - one you originally chose because it was right, ideal, or smart at the time. Stagnation has set in and is taking a toll on your wellbeing, your relationships, or your performance at work.

How Does it Work?
Our time together is spent via Zoom on topics of your choice. We will uncover the you of NOW, where you want to go from here, and WHY. What do you want more of? What do you want less of? How do you WANT to show up? If you could just (insert thought here), what would change for you, or for those around you?
You will be encouraged to clarify and align with your own definition of excellence and success - not what others want for you.
Allow change to be possible and commit to moving in the direction of your choice by taking steps you design. I will support you through curious conversations and sharing suggested tools and resources, and be your cheerleader, strength-reminder, mirror-holder, perspective-shifter, comfort zone nudger, and crown-adjuster as you become the proactive creator and leader of your life.
The world needs you to shine bright, as only YOU can! It doesn't mean being "perfect" - it means choosing to show up fully, authentically, and on purpose.
