Remember: BY PURCHASING THIS PACKAGE, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

What happens next?

Nichole will send emails to you containing links to:

• New Client Intake Form and Agreement
• Payment Link for your selected package
• Zoom Scheduler link to self-schedule your coaching session(s)

Please note, the New Client Intake Form and payment must be completed and received by Nichole Birmingham Coaching FIRST before scheduling your coaching sessions. If coaching sessions are scheduled without completion and receipt, those sessions will be cancelled.
