I know what it’s like to look successful on paper but feel disconnected inside. For years, I chased company goals, checked boxes, and kept things moving—until I realized I was living by default, not design.

That wake-up call led me to coaching—and everything changed. I finally got honest about what wasn’t working. I uncovered who I really was beneath the layers of fear, doubt, and over-functioning. 

And I began building a life that actually felt like mine.

Today, I help women do the same. Women who are going through transitions by choice or chance —career shifts, identity changes, new chapters— and want to stop settling and start creating a life that energizes them, deeply reflects their values, and feels true.

As a certified coach trained by iPEC and a former high-achieving quality professional in the corporate world, I blend real-life experience with powerful tools to help my clients reconnect with their self-worth, navigate change with confidence, and design a fulfilling, purpose-driven life—on their terms.
